Summer Internship Experience: This summer I interned at Holmes Murphy in their 10-week program rotating between Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Innovative Captive Strategies. Throughout my time, I learned about different corners of this relationship-driven business through first-hand experiences in client meetings, building a network with sales producers, and working on projects such as our weekly presentations covering industry-focused topics. The rotational structure provided broad insight that reached many levels of the insurance world, allowing me to deepen my understanding of how this business is carried out.
