Internship: Operations Intern at Kuvare U.S. Holdings

This summer, I had the opportunity to serve as an Operations Intern at Kuvare U.S. Holdings in their Cedar Rapids office. During my time there, I gained valuable exposure across operations, collaborating with various teams on both day-to-day responsibilities and larger projects. I developed a deeper understanding of how life insurance impacts individuals and families, as well as how Kuvare works diligently to ensure every customer receives the support they need.

In addition, I was fortunate to connect with company leaders and shadow different departments, which provided me with unique insights and lessons that will guide me in my career. My internship experience, combined with the Insure Your Future Program, gave me a comprehensive perspective on the insurance industry, how a business operates, and how collaboration drives success.
